Delivery and returns


We deliver goods in Lithuania within 2-3 business days, in Europe within 5-10 business days.

If you place your order before 10:00 (GMT+2), it will be processed and shipped on the same business day, if we confirm your payment. The goods are delivered throughout Lithuania and the territory of the EU.

If you order goods to an address in an EU country, you will not have to pay anything for delivery.

When ordering goods, you can choose the following free delivery methods: Deutsche Post Priority, registered parcel with tracking number (the parcel will be delivered to you by the post office of your country). You can also choose delivery to a DPD post machine or delivery by DPD courier directly to your home (this service is currently available in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia).
If the delivery is delayed due to an excessive amount of orders, our partners "DPD Lietuva" will inform you via the specified contacts: e-mail by mail or phone. Shipments throughout Lithuania may be delayed during festive or promotional periods. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Delivery time:

Lithuania - 2 - 3 business days.

Latvia/Estonia - 3 - 4 business days.

Other European countries - 5 - 10 working days.

You can return products that have not been used and the packaging has not been damaged or opened within 14 days.

For returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After evaluating the condition of the product, if the product has not been used, we will return all the money paid within 5 working days.
