General provisions
These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter - Rules) are established by the Buyer and the company UAB EKOSOMA, whose tax payer code is 306146495, VAT code LT100015302515, registered office address at Dvaro st. 52A, Priekulės II k., LT-96359 Klaipėda district, Lithuania (hereinafter - the Seller) mutual rights, duties and responsibilities, when the Buyer purchases goods by e-mail. in the store.

Conclusion of the purchase-sale contract
The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, e. after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, choosing the payment method, the bank from which the payment will be made and familiarizing himself with these rules, clicks the "Confirm order" button. The contract is valid until the full fulfillment of the obligations according to the rules of this contract. Every contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the ekosoma.eu e-mail. in the store.

Buyer's rights and obligations
1. In accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania e. Shop Buyers are:
1.1. able-bodied natural persons, that is, persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order;
1.2. legal entities;
1.3. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
2. The buyer (user) has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the 2001 August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication".
2.1. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and their delivery.
2.2. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
2.3. The goods selected by the Buyer are reserved and the Seller undertakes to execute the sales contract only when the Seller receives a notification from the Buyer's bank about payment for the selected goods. The buyer must confirm the payment order no later than 24 hours after clicking the "Confirm order" button. If the payment order is not confirmed within this period, the Seller has the right to consider that the Buyer has abandoned the purchase and sale contract.
2.4. In order to return a quality product, the Buyer must contact the Seller by e-mail: info@ekosoma.lt. Returned goods must be in the original manufacturer's packaging intact. When returning the product, a document confirming the payment of the product must be attached. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the Buyer.
2.5. The buyer must comply with other requirements established in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's rights and obligations
1. If the Buyer tries to damage the email for the work or stable operation of the store, the Seller may limit, suspend (terminate) his ability to use the electronic store without prior warning.
2. The seller has the right to temporarily or indefinitely terminate e-mail. store operations without separate notice.
3. The seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. The Seller must enable the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the electronic store.
5. The Seller must organize the delivery of the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
6. The Seller, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous product, and if the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid by the Buyer within 15 working days, if the Buyer has made an advance payment.
7. If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, the seller undertakes to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of suitable quality, to reduce the price of the product accordingly, or to return the money paid for the products and their delivery within 7 days of submitting the request.
8. Upon termination of the contract, the Seller undertakes to return the money for the returned good product within 15 working days.
Delivery of goods
1. The seller delivers the ordered goods within 2-3 working days, during holidays or emergency situations within 5-7 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods through the courier service chosen by the Buyer.
2. After receiving the shipment of goods, the Buyer together with the carrier must check whether the condition of the shipment is intact. If the shipment of goods has been damaged, the Buyer must mark it in the goods transfer-acceptance document (bill of lading). After receiving the goods and signing the goods transfer-acceptance document (bill of lading) without comments, it is confirmed that the shipment of goods was not damaged and was properly delivered.

Returning the goods
1. The return of goods purchased in the e-store is based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, 2001. August 17 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On approval of rules for sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication" and 2001 June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On approval of rules for return and exchange of items".
2. The Seller replaces or accepts back the goods that the buyer wants to return with intact packaging and a proof of purchase document within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods:
2.1. Via DPD courier at Dvaro st. 52A, Priekulės || k., LT-96359 Klaipėda district (recipient – ​​UAB EKOSOMA). Shipping costs are non-refundable. The Buyer returns the unsatisfied goods by his own transport or pays the return costs.
3. If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract and informs the Seller about it, the Buyer loses the right to use the product from the date of sending the notice. The date and time of sending the message is determined by the time of sending the Buyer's message. If it is determined that the product has been used (used) after sending the notification, the Seller has the right to refuse to terminate the contract.
4. The buyer can exercise the right to return the goods, if the goods have not been used, the original packaging of the goods has not been damaged and has not lost its commercial appearance. Returned goods must be fully assembled. The Buyer is responsible for the full assembly and packaging of the item. If the goods are not fully assembled and properly packed, the Seller or his representative may refuse to accept the returned goods. Changes to the appearance of the product or its packaging, which were necessary to inspect the product, cannot be considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.
5. If the purchased product did not meet the quality requirements, the Seller undertakes to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of suitable quality, reduce the price of the product accordingly or return the money paid for the products and their delivery within 15 working days from the submission of the request. Products must be returned in the original product and shipping packaging. Also, the Buyer must provide the original product invoice and a completed and signed return form, which must indicate the reason for returning the goods (the return form will be sent by e-mail by the Seller after the Buyer informs the Seller about the return of the Product).

Responsibility
1. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. The buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences arising from the incorrectness or inaccuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
2. For the purchase and sale contract concluded using e-mail. in the store, the parties are responsible for the violation in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through the Seller's e-mail address. links in the store. The Seller is not responsible for any information, its accuracy or correctness, if this information is not placed on the ekosoma.eu website, even if the Buyer finds this information by clicking on the link in the Seller's e-mail. in the store.

4. In the event of damage, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for the losses incurred.

Sending information
1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form. postal address.
2. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the addresses specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's electronic store.

Final Provisions
All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
